Compensation for research Associate

The pay scales/bands offered by the Institute to the Research Associates are comparable to what is offered by the Higher Learning Institutes like IIMs, IITs, etc. The Research Associate will be fixed in the payband of Rs. 9300-34800 ( Rs.28,660/- total emolument at the minimum of the scale) initially. They have defined career progression and groomed for higher faculty positions in the Institute. In addition, other benefits such as Contributory PF, Gratuity, LTC, domiciliary Medical Reimbursement and Insurance for hospitalization, interest subsidy on housing loan, etc. are admissible. Higher start may be considered for deserving candidates.
